“Used them on a fence 2 years ago. Still holding up well. Keep cattle backed up off the main fence and away from the neighbors bulls. Saves torn down fences and keeps them from picking thru the fence and shoving it over too. Used to set steel posts a couple feet out every so often and put a hot wire on it but it's hard to bushhog and keep it cleaned out that way. Much easier with these.”
“This product is best if you drill a pilot hole. Make sure you install as shown or the plastic insulator will crack in the winter when moisture enters the pigtail.”
“I liked these insulators for what I used them for. I wish the point you drive into the post was sharper but after a few I used a big nail to make a starter hole and then they worked fine.”
