“I received an email stating that if I needed anything else let them know. I was out in the field and liked the claw so much that I though I would redo the entire fence line (about 1 1/2 stretch) so I called an had the young lady place a 2nd order (by phone) she pulled my last order and got it done I was able to get back to work with very little downtime. Great products great service and I am with this project. I know who to call when fencing material is needed. I will just have to take off my boots when i count next time (finger & toes). “These are tough, and have lasted me over 10 years. I wouldn't buy any other insulator for Hot Cote or any other type of rope or wire. I have never had one break, and I live in a windy area that regularly sees -30 winters, which is really hard on plastic insulators. Highly recommend these!”
