“These are great! I used them on 1-1/2 drain pipe covering metal t-posts, 14ga aluminum wire at the top and bottom, plastic netting fastened with hog ring staples, and a couple of 17ga aluminum electric fence wires on the inside to keep the animals from rubbing on it. The stainless steel screws have looked good for years. Keeps my chickens, sheep, and a steer in there with no trouble.”

“I ordered these to go with the Kencove Hotcote white electric fence wire. Got the first fence line up, almost every single one of these broke :( They rip at the bottom. What the photo doesn't show is that the insulator comes apart so you can put the wire in while it is attached to a post. At that joint on the bottom, the plastic rips right apart. No tension or anything.”
