“Electric fence cut-off switches are amazingly poorly made. Just look at the cheap plastic ones at Tractor Supply from Zabara. The Kencove switch is pretty good, with wingnuts to tighten the connections. It is secured by four screws into the posts (not included) and Kencove could improve the product by making this area sturdier; if you over tighten the screws, then the plastic will crack.”
“The contacts may be stainless but the knife rusted fairly quickly on the ones I bought a few years ago. Hopefully it is better material now but I would get either of the other 2 types Kencove offers instead.”
