Even though the battery is charged this controller keeps preventing electricity from going from the battery to my fence charger. I have to reset it frequently.

The waterproof one LTD-RP that was shipped to me is different from the one that is depicted in its product manual. looks as though I was shipped an old one. Second issue...You have to make MULTIPLE connections to the positive terminal, there are no separate connections (+-) for the battery, the battery positive is shown to connect to the input positive from the solar panel (??). Third tested the unit and it didn't work, So now I have to pay shipping back to KC and pay a restocking fee for a unit that did not work. Its not the money, its that you have a junk unit. cut down on tech support for this unit and get a better engineered waterproof unit. i'm sure the customer would pay extra for a good unit. This one is junk and you are making the customer pay for a return of a piece of junk. your tech support person is a gentleman!
