10/40"/3½", Electric Netting, Posi/Neg - 164' Reviews

4.8 Rating 8 Reviews
Read Kencove Farm Fence, Inc Reviews

Positive/negative netting is perfect for dry regions or for ultimate control. In this system the animal completes the circuit through the net. Safely contains poultry, pigs, goats, dogs, and other small animals while providing superior protection from predators. The lightweight, portable allows the fence to be moved and set up repeatedly with no tools required. Creates pastures and enclosures in minutes.
- 10 horizontal lines, 40" height, 3½" vertical line spacing
- Semi-rigid vertical stays provide stability and help prevent drooping between posts, which could cause shorting
- Horizontal lines are spaced closer together at the bottom and farther apart at the top to provide excellent predator control
- Long-lasting, highly conductive, 304 stainless-steel conductors ensure years of reliable service
- Braided top strand provides unparalleled strength
- 13 double-spiked step-in posts are built into the netting for easy installation
- Orange/green, 164' length

A fence charger is required to electrify the netting. We recommend a .25-joule, low-impedance charger minimum per net. (Example: 4 nets connected together requires a 1-joule charger.)

This Netting Fence is great. We use it to fence our garden area and it keeps out all kinds of critters. Highly recommend it. It is easy to put up and take down. We have lots of wildlife and we love all of them, but don't want them destroying and eating all our plants, this solves the problem.

This is the 3rd one of these fences I purchased from Kencove. The first one I bought in 2015, it still works excellent today. 2017 I bought the second fence, it had smaller diameter upright poles than the first, but still worked good the first summer we used it. The second summer it seemed pretty stretched out and we had to use supports between most of the upright posts where the fence sagged and the electric touched the ground. Got it out this year and had to use a post between every upright and some places two extra posts between the uprights to hold the fence up. Its like its all stretched out and sags terribly everywhere. So with using 15-16 extra posts it is a real pain to move every week or two. This most recent fence is to replace that one. It also has the thinner diameter upright posts but Im hoping whatever the issue was with the fence we bought in 2017 has been worked out and this one holds up like the one we got in 2015. I use these fences for a few months durning the summer in Michigan to move chickens around on pasture.

Good fence. I cut it by accident on its maiden voyage and I was able to repair it. The spans are a little long and cause some sagging but I have unlevel ground so I always employ extra posts.

We ordered three 164' sections to create a safe area for our chickens to range (and keep the raccoons out). Installation was ridiculously easy and it's kept our chickens completely safe! We love this product!
