Designed for durability, safety, and ease of operation, the Nitro surprises even the experts. The Nitro works by hydraulically compressing nitrogen gas, transferring this energy directly to the hammer head, a revolutionary technology in the fence industry. The safest driver on the market, all controls are handled from the cab of a skid steer. With only 2" of stroke, the unit drives posts rapidly with hydraulic down-pressure and 500-800 beats per minute. The short hammer stroke reduces damage to posts. With only one grease fitting and minimal moving parts, these drivers will provide years of low-cost operation.

Comes with a chain, nitrogen tank, toll box, one driver head, two hydraulic hoses, two quick couplers, one nitrogen charging kit
Kencove offers a 1-year warranty on the Nitro drivers. Warranty excludes chain, hooks, and head.Skid-steer recommendations: 10 GPM@ 1,600 PSI, 45 horsepower. 1,200 lbs.Unit and extra storage tank not filled with nitrogen.

Excavator mount needs a fair amount of fabrication. I did not top mount. You need to think about the max height of post you will drive.

Although the product is designed to readily attach to an excavator, Kencove does not send this crucial part to the customer; they do not even bother to get it from the manufacturer in China so that the customer can adjust it. Rather, it is up to the customer to find a custom metal fabricator to have a bracket manufactured to hook onto an excavator and link (through 10 bolt holes) onto the Nitro 750. My Kubota dealer is currently at a loss as to how to accomplish this. I am too. My first review on this product was never posted, though Kencove did update its website concerning my complaints.

I was wary of buying the Nitro as there were no comments, but I went ahead after a reasonably good experience with the Kencove PD100 post driver. This proved to be a mistake. The Nitro is not really a post driver that amazes the experts. It is a Chinese-made hydraulic hammer used to break concrete. Kencove adds a toilet-plunger shaped "post driver" attachment, which looks to only handle a 6" post. They also neglect to send a way of attaching the device to the excavator, even though the attachment is included in the parts list for the item in the product manual. Kencove says "figure out for yourself how to attach it", meaning that a buyer is out of luck. I am not sure what to do, other than send it back to Kencove. I have not been able to use it.
