EZ Daisy Strainer with Clip - Aluminum Reviews

4.5 Rating 6 Reviews
Read Kencove Farm Fence, Inc Reviews

EZ Daisy strainers are commonly referred to as “in-line” or “on-line” strainers. They are installed directly onto the line without any cutting or crimping.
To install an EZ Daisy strainer, simply insert the wire material into the slot on the strainer, use a tool to apply tension and remove any slack, then lock in place with the provided U-shaped pin. You can use a ½" drive socket wrench to apply initial tension to EZ Daisy strainers. For best results, use the EZ Daisy Strainer Handle (TFD) or the convenient Rapid Tightener (TFDR) to apply tension from start to finish.
EZ Daisy strainers are ideal for low tension applications like electric rope, electric twine, and lighter wire gauges.
Choose between the long-lasting aluminum cog or the attractive white powder-coated aluminum cog to match white colored rope and twine.
*Not for use with coated wire products like Hotcote and Kencote. For coated wire applications use coated wire tensioners.

I love these tighteners - they are so easy to put on and tighten (with the special tool) The only thing I didn't like was the cost for shipping! Good product.

These strainers are light weight. I like the 1/2 square drive tightener. The clips do not go in as smooth as the heavier wheels I got before. Some of the holes have fins in them that have to be pushed out. They do the job they are designed for.

Product works great. Pin fitment on some holes are quite tight and require pliers/hammer.
