These 9" Economy Wire Cutters look and cut much like the Heavy-Duty Wire Cutters (TCTHD), but are made in China. The jaws may be a bit loose, but for 12½ gauge high-tensile wire, they cut great, as long as the wire is placed all the way in the back of the jaw.
