“I have been hunting around for a good pair of wire/cable cutters with a spring for multiple cuts using one hand. Well, this is not the pair. But what do you expect for $15 and made in China? They cut ok but the whole reason I bought them was for the spring action which doesn't work. It is so tight that the pliers remain in whatever position you leave them in. I tried some WD40 but that didn't help.To top it all off, I called customer service about returning it and they promised someone would get in touch with me within 48 hours. That was a week ago. I have been so pleased with the other products Kencove sells that I thought this would be good too. Oh well.”
