“I ordered 3 extra's wedges with the fence stretcher that I bought from them. I ordered it on a Saturday night and it was shipped on Monday afternoon and I received it on Thursday. The price was about half of what Tractor Supply wanted.
A very good Company and I'll order more stuff when the time comes.”
“did not have four foot fence puller bars in stock so I ordered these and they only have two connection points so would not work I had to return them so I paid two hundred dollars to ship them back plus ten percent restock fee then was charged another 56 dollars because wedges were apparently missing during shipping
Will not be using this company again”
“I haven’t used the tool yet, however, I can tell you about receiving the product and customer service. The product wasn’t boxed just plastic wrapped. That kind of packing resulted in losing 6 of the wedges. However, I did call Kencove about the issue and they sent me the 6 missing wedges without a problem and free of charge after I sent them a pic of the purchase via email. All in all, Kencove has excellent customer service. I just hope they package the stretcher bar better in the future.”
