“I received the wire genie 2 days after I ordered it and it arrived well packaged and not damaged. I have actually already used it on some 7 gage tension wire for industrial chainlink fence. Once you lock the wire in you cut it loose and it don't backlash making extremely easy to work with. The genie is an awesome tool and I recommend it to anyone especially for the price it's unreal. I will be ordering another one soon.”

“My first spinning jenny, purchased about ten years ago from another vendor was nothing more than a steel frame supported by a pin that the user stuck into the ground. The product worked well and provided good service. I used it to put up about ten acres of hi tensile 12.5 ga horse fencing around the main pasture and a couple of paddocks. I am now faced with moving the pasture and want to use as much of the original wire as possible. My old jenny had no provisions for a take up mechanism and had to be replaced. the solution was to order the Kencove product because it had a more stable base and accommodated an inexpensive take up drum accessory. The online ordering process was smooth and quick. I received order confirmation and a ship notice 24 hours later. The package arrived three days after notification went out. When the product was delivered the ends of the carton were crushed. But when I removed the product from the packaging there was no damage. I am impressed with how well the product is built. There were no instructions on how to use the take up drum. It is a pretty simple affair but there will be a learning curve. I think an instruction sheet with pictures is in order for this accessory. That is why I am only giving the product three stars. I have not used it yet, but will either upgrade or downgrade the rating once I have put it to work.”
