“The hardest part about being on keto for me was satisfying my sweet tooth. Sometimes a piece of extra dark chocolate just doesn’t cut it and that’s where this chocolate dipped chocolate ice cream bar comes center stage. I find that letting them sit out for a few minutes allows it to thaw just enough to have the same consistency of full sugar ice cream without any of the guilt. Glad to see that someone is finally making keto ice cream the right way.”

“I want to start out by saying I wish I did not have to give this a 2 star review. The product is awesome. Tastes great. Now the problem.... I paid $60 for a six pack of ice cream bars which would have been fine if it did not come with 4 bars per box!!! That is $2.50 per bar. I had previously been buying these at costco which has 12 in a box which is under $1 per bar. Very disappointed. I feel like I was misled. Guess I will go back to costco.”

We're sorry to hear about this poor experience. When we re-read our website ourselves, we see how it can be confusing. Because of our mistake, we're going to offer a full refund (you should see confirmation of this today).
Unfortunately, we've found shipping ice cream to be very difficult from a cost and logistic perspective. We're constantly working on more effective ways to do so as a small company that doesn't have the same scale as some of the bigger brands in our category.
