“The oil has a very strong smell so use sparingly I used it on dry and wet hair and found it works well either way though it did leave my hair courser when wet but as a softener I left it in and did not rinse out immediately and hair felt a little stronger does reduce flyaways. But you will have to get used to the intense herbal smell. It smells good just VERY strong.”

If the aroma is too herbal for you, use some of your favorite essential oil, mix it in a bottle of water, and then spray some into your hair to help mask the oils' natural aroma.

“This hair oil has a very nice scent. Thick consistency and a little goes a long way. I used this three times before I left my review. I put it on an hour before I shower and sometimes I left it on over night. I love how it makes my hair feel after it’s rinsed and dried. Our hair oils don't require much! If you felt that the hair oil was too heavy, try applying it to wet hair instead of dry hair and using only 1-2 pumps. Focus on distributing the hair oil by applying it from ends to roots and evenly distributing the product by combing your hair.
