“I was starting to get some grays and wasn’t ready for that! As a breast cancer survivor, I didn’t want to use chemical hair dyes. A friend told me about khadi and I thought I’d give it a shot. I use color prep followed by black (not the blue black one). When I first started using it 2+ years ago, I had to do it every 4 weeks. But now, I can go 8 weeks. I’ve even pushed it to 9 weeks when iv been pressed for time. It works really great for me. Looks totally natural. It takes time which is annoying but is a small price to pay for a natural product that works well. I leave color prep in my hair for 1.5 -2 hours depending on how much time I have. I leave black in my hair for a minimum of 2 hours - longer if I have time. I put it in and just go about my day getting work done around the house. It’s 1 day every 2 months. - not bad. I get stuff done around the house that needs to get done. Or I read or binge a show and get much needed R&R that I’m not good at giving to myself. Either way, it’s a productive use of my time. My hair looks great and I’m not using chemicals. And the color is lasting way longer than my friends who use chemical dyes and have to color every few weeks. Win win win. Highly recommend”
“I'm allergic to chemicals and off the shelf hair dyes this brand and this product is the only material I could use to dye my hair black. It's easy to apply and quite economical. I do not have to touch up until the 2-month mark.”
“My mom has been a loyal customer for over seven years, and my dad is the designated person who dyes her hair. She’s tried many other brands, but they all caused hair loss—this one doesn’t. When the store she usually shops at stopped carrying it, we were so grateful to find it available online. I’m planning to start using it too, as I’m beginning to see some gray myself. Thank you for creating such an excellent product!”
“A pricey but effective hair colouring product for grey hair. It provides results as claimed on the label especially on black hair that has greyed. I strongly recommend its use by those who are averse to the use of chemical hair colourants.”
