“I am only on them 5/6 weeks, I believe a full 3 months is required. I don’t wake up bloated and feeling sluggish due to my belly bloat. Bloating still occurring but not to the same extent, I’m not sure I feel much different apart from that but I’m hopeful they are doing the job internally.
I would only say that the tablets aren’t oackaged well for carrying around. I take my with lunch and need to carry one with me when not at home, the foil layer incasing the tablets is so light that they often tear open in my handbag, which defeats the purpose of the tablets not being exposed to air.”
