“I have been taking Kijime IBS Pro for a month now and have held off writing a review until now to see what difference they made in my case. While they definitely seem to help slow down my IBS symptoms generally, I have found that I am just as dependent on strictly regulating my diet to avoid more serious episodes of IBS, which I was hoping they would help resolve. So, so far they have helped but don't seem to be a cure-all. I will, however, take them for the recommended 6 months and see what happens. My fear is that once one stops taking them, the problems one was trying to overcome will simple re-emerge and I will be back to square one. Let's hope that's not the case!”
