“The dosage for this is designed to be approximately 2 capsules per month and unfortunately that isn’t sufficient for me. According to the guidelines I can increase this but my condition means I need it more frequently, usually every other day and taken at regular times, so this doesn’t work out at very good value for me, as there are only 20 capsules in the tub.”

“I didn't have any adverse effects after taking this. I took it for 4 nights together with some fibber supplements to get the cleanse that I wanted. It is a very gentle cleanse so this is not for anyone wanting something more aggressive. It's so gentle that many would probably not notice it. A good gentle natural cleanser. Recommended.”
