“Natural sulphur flakes, quite a bitter taste so best taken with juice I'd say. Very affordable as the recommended dosage is only a half teaspoonfull a day. As always with this company, immaculate organic credentials and great packaging. Recommended.”
“These MSM flakes from Kiki Health look like fine white crystals and can be dissolved to make a drink. They taste bitter, a bit like gin and tonic, and can be improved by diluting them with water and a dash of lime cordial.Adding the recommended dose of half a teaspoon (2000mg or 2g) to glass of lime cordial, I didn’t really notice any bitterness. As a bonus, this also helped me to increase my fluid intake. There is 100 g of MSM in the jar, so this will last for 25 days at two doses per day, although this seems to be quite a high dose and I think the jar could be made to last longer. The best before date is three years ahead, which is great.Kiki Health appears to be a good, reputable company, which I have checked out as far as I am able. They are UK-based and have a wide retail presence and many recommendations. This MSM is sourced from the USA.MSM has many potential health benefits, including helping your body to create its own collagen. I’m not expecting to notice any significant effects but if I do, I will update this review.”
“This supplement is in flake form and you need to mix half a teaspoon into a glass of water or juice twice a day. It has a bitter taste so I recommend mixing in with juice.”
“The flakes look like white sugar - they are completely are unflavoured, but they have quite a strong bitter taste. In 500ml of water and half a tablespoon of MSM flakes, the taste is practically unnoticeable - though there is a slight bitter aftertaste. It is recommended to take half a teaspoon which totals to 2000mg twice a day. There is no official guidance on how much should be taken - but according to some reports, 4000mg would be quite a high dosage thats more than what’s recommended. I am training quite hard so it will be interesting to see if this supplement will help with muscle recovery and inflammation, but also with skin/hair/nail quality. They seem to be well sourced and produced so I have no concerns of the quality of manufacturing. Overall, might be worth a try.”
“Nope, the taste was not something I am going to be able to get past, unfortunately as I had wanted to be able to get on with this and experience some of the benefits. But, just not something I can do - sorry.”
“The media could not be loaded. I've added a video of me attempting to dissolve this I gave up in the end tried to shot it but it tastes absolutely disgusting it's similar to letting a paracetamol melt in your mouth but slightly worse.... it also doesn't fully dissolve”
“I use MSM a lot for its anti-inflammatory and skin-healing properties, but because it tastes rather bitter, I usually use capsules if taking orally. This one doesn't taste too bad when mixed in with some orange juice; but I really wanted it to make a solution with aloe vera gel, a mix I use on scratched and nettle-stung hands after gardening. MSM is water-soluble so it should dissolve in any water-based solution, and this dissolved into the gel well. This is a good way to buy it if you only want a small amount or to try it out. Recommended!”
“Firstly I would like to say I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing especially my immune system. This is a brand I have never used before nor everything looks and feels premium quality....I like the have they have been established for many years and the ingredients are quality controlled...These are ideal as you get older you stop producing collagen this is a simple way to boost your body.... Easy to take and zero aftertaste....”
