“☑️ As described and as advertised.☑️ Well packaged and well presented in their branded glass bottles/jars☑️ Good enough security seal - we were unable to open without damaging the tamper evident seal under the lid but only heat pressed and we'd prefer a plastic wrap on the outside covering the lid.☑️ Clear and easy to read serving instruction, ingredients and other key information including nutritional details.☑️ Good brand with a good reputation in this space/market. We have tried a number of products from Kiki health and been highly satisfied more often than not.☑️ Organic for paying a premium.☑️ Good consistency and easy to mix into smoothies etc. without clumping etc. No issues and no complaint”
“Lots to like about this product. Pure, unsweetened freeze-dried organic açai powder, with no nasty fillers or additives. It’s unsweetened so you can add honey for sweetness or just enjoy it as is, as I do. Raw ingredients. It’s particularly good swirled into Greek yogurt or porridge.”
“This freeze-dried acai powder is practically black in colour. It comes supplied in a quality dark brown bottle. It's made in the UK from Amazonian acai (from what I can tell). I'd trust Kiki health to supply a quality product, though for 50g of acai powder, it's almost certainly not the cheapest. The organic certification is from the Soil Association. Apparently Kiki health's innovative freeze drying process captures the essence of the acai fruit (according to the label).I've never tried acai before, and expected the taste to be more fruity than it is. The taste is quite earthy, and not sweet. I'm sure it's packed full of goodness anyway.”
“Acai berries are a superfood so I was very happy to try this powder from Kiki Health, whose products I have tried many times before. It comes as a course dark brown powder in a small well-sealed glass bottle. Being a powder it’s easy to add to a smoothie but it doesn’t have any real flavour of its own, which I found surprising. I find the organic certification reassuring and I have checked it out online. The use by date is March 2027, two years ahead.”
“Great in yogurts or smoothies and tastes great - really nice punch of acai into the food when it's added and naturally this has a whole host of good health benefits too.”
“Simple to use. My wife mixes it in with her collagen in the morning. It doesn’t dissolve fully however so there is always residue left behind in the glass. It isn’t the most tolerable taste in all honesty but the benefits make up for it.”
“Do note, this is quite a small jar - you only get 50g which isn't a lot. If you add 1-2 tablespoons to make one smoothie (as is the amount recommended in most recipes) - this little jar will go quite quickly!I love knowing that this is rich in antioxidants such as anthocyanins, flavonoid-like compounds, including homoorientin, orientin, taxifolin, deoxyhexose, isovitexin, scoparin, as well as proanthocyanidins and even a bit of resveratrol. The antioxidant content of this is the main draw for taking this really. It's also a good source of fibre, even though you take this in tiny doses so it only adds a tiny bit of fibre to your diet. It's also a source of calcium, iron, beta-sitosterol and vitamin A. And is said to be mildly anti-inflammatory.This is a good ingredient for making your own healthy acai bowl at home. You can blend it to make a smoothie with other fruits (eg bananas, berries, mangoes), add a bit of juice or milk - and it makes a thick sorbet-like healthy treat. Yum! Good for a smoothie, especially in summer when you want something cold and refreshing.”
