“Not used this for long so my views of it may change as time goes on. Not felt any different yet. When I received the bottle it was not wrapped in bubble wrap and I am surprised that the bottle didn't break. I feel that for a glass bottle the packaging was not adequate enough. When I opened the package the bottle had leaked as the top was not screwed on tight enough and some of the contents had dripped into the packaging, also usually when you buy a spray bottle like this there is a little cap top on it, this bottle did not have one. Because of the latter reasons I only gave a 3 star review.”
“Take Magnesium pills 3 each night that mostly sorts night cramps out, but if I do get them spraying this really works and the cramps disappear quite quickly.”
