“Great for removing yellow stains from teeth. You need to be careful when you open it. Luckily I was in the bathroom. I had to pierce the cover on top to take it off. So there was a fountain of black powder everywhere. I had to leave cinder (hubby) to clean it up as I was leaving for work.
It’s not easy to take. I suggest a straw in a glass of water. It’s impossible to measure 1g. So I take a spoon before and after a meal. It hasn’t helped yet with wind. But it is helping with constipation. I am now in nutritional ketosis. I’m trying to repair leaky gut. Acv and the charcoal has helped the gurd. 24 hour fast was also beneficial.
