“This has no real flavour so it is perfect to mix into any drinks.Dissolves better if you use hot water, but you can mix it into cold drinks if you mix really well. Didn’t clump up and easy to use.”
“This supplement comes in the form of a powder with 20 days supply at the recommended dosage. Dissolved in coffee, I didn’t find the taste of this unpleasant which is a bonus as some collagen powder supplements can make the taste of drinks quite unpleasant. The supplement itself contains Hydrolysed Marine Collagen, Organic Acai Powder, Organic Camu Camu Powder, Hyaluronic Acid. Since this supplement focuses on first collagen then on skin, nails, joints and eyes, in the following I will list complementary potential benefits of the other ingredients ie it will not be all of their potential benefits.Overall it is an interesting mix of ingredients, though I do prefer collagen supplements that cover all the major types. The other ingredients do appear to be complementary and it does seem a very good supplement. The collagen is only type 1 and is high strength at 7,500mg. Type 1 collagen may provide increased skin strength, skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles and lines. It may contribute to bone health (making them stringer and denser). It may improve joint health (improving flexibility and reduce joint issues). It may help wounds to heal and contribute to the strength of hair and nails. It should be noted that it is not a multi collagen compound and has no type II, III, V or X (2,3,5 or 10). Organic Acai powder may help lower LDL Cholesterol levels, may aid cognitive health, may help stabilise blood sugar, may have protective liver health benefits and may help in exercise endurance and post exercise recovery. Organic Camu Camu Powder is high in vitamin C, which may help support collagen production and boost the immune system. It contains antioxidants and may help reduce inflammation, support adrenal health helping energy levels and promote heart health.Hyaluronic Acid my promote skin hydration, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, aid in wound healing, promote joint health and promote eye health.”
“This marine collagen beauty blend is a brilliant addition to my daily routine. It combines high-quality marine collagen with natural vitamin C from organic camu camu powder, offering fantastic support for skin, joints, and overall wellness. The powder is easy to mix into water, smoothies, or even your morning coffee. It has a mild taste that’s easy to mask if needed, but it’s not unpleasant on its own. After a few weeks of use, I’ve noticed my skin feels more hydrated and looks brighter, and my joints feel more supported, especially after exercise.I appreciate the thoughtful addition of natural vitamin C, which enhances collagen absorption. The fact that it’s free from artificial ingredients and made with premium, sustainably sourced marine collagen makes it a guilt-free indulgence.Pros:Supports skin, joint, and bone health effectively.High-quality marine collagen with natural vitamin C for better absorption.Mixes easily into drinks with a mild, neutral taste.Sustainably sourced and free from artificial ingredients.High protein content for added daily support.Cons:Not suitable for strict vegans due to marine collagen.Small tub size may need frequent reordering for regular users. If you’re looking for a natural way to enhance your beauty and wellness from within, this collagen blend is a fantastic choice. It’s made a noticeable difference in my skin and overall energy, and I’m loving the results!”
“I’ve been using this for a good couple of weeks now and the benefits are clear, my skin feels more hydrated, and my joints feel supported. The natural ingredients and high protein content are fantastic for overall wellness. However, the taste isn’t very pleasant, even when mixed with juice or smoothies which is unfortunate as it makes it hard to consume. That aside, it’s an effective product that delivers on its promises. If you can get past the flavour, it’s worth it!”
“This is a great premium style marine Collagen which works and supports pretty much all of your health. From skin, nails, joints and bones, this stuff has you covered. It arrived in a very premium glass jar and contains 200g which is more than enough for 3-4 weeks (depending on your scoop size). Really easy to take with no nasty aftertaste and you can really start to see the benefits within as little as a week! Compared to others on the market, it is a bit more expansive, but if you want a quality product, look no further! Great stuff :)”
“I have been taking various marine collagen supplements for a few years and for me it's definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing..This is a little different as it combines a variety of other ingredients.... The Taste others have mentioned is rather strong.. I choose to mix it with pineapple juice and quickly drink it down....My advice try a tub and see how you get on.”
“This powder comes in a darkened jar with instructions and good information including nutritional value on the jar. The jar has a screw top, and I was very surprised to see that the powder is a dark red colour. Mixed with water it does not blend well and lots of bits are left floating. The taste is a personal thing, but for me it had a strange taste with a strong fishy element. Quite frankly it was horrible. This is a pity as the combination of ingredients are really good for you and seem like a good idea, but this is not something that I could consume in my coffee as I normally do, and I had to choose my smoothie ingredients very carefully to make it palatable in my morning smoothie using mixed berries and banana, even then it wasn’t great. I will have to think very carefully as what I can combine it with to either hide the taste or complement and modify the taste.”
“KIKI Health’s Premium Marine Collagen Beauty Blend is basically a powder you mix into drinks, and it's meant to be good for skin, hair, nails, and joints. What I appreciate about KIKI Health as a brand is their commitment to quality and sustainability. They tend to use glass jars with metal lids, which is great for the environment, and it just feels like a more premium product. Also, this jar was full to the brim with powder, and I like to see the content match the container as it’s much less of a waste.Anyway, back to the collagen. It's made from hydrolyzed marine collagen, which means they’ve broken down the collagen into smaller pieces called peptides. This makes it easier for the body to absorb. They’ve also added some other good stuff, like hyaluronic acid, which helps skin hold onto moisture, and organic acai and camu camu powders, which are sources of vitamin C. Vitamin C is important because it helps the body produce its own collagen.Free from artificial additives, they use type 1 collagen, which is the most abundant type in our bodies and is particularly important for skin, tendons, and bones. There are other types, like type 2, found mainly in cartilage, and type 3, found in skin, muscles, and blood vessels, but this one is type 1. The collagen comes from sustainably wild-caught fish, and they’re careful not to use any antibiotics. They recommend taking two teaspoons (10g) a day, which gives you 7.5g of collagen. A 200g jar has 20 servings.Marine collagen can have a bit of a fishy taste, and KIKI even go so far as to mention this, so they offer capsules if you don't like the taste of the powder. Personally, as fishy as it is, I didn’t find it too bad at all, and I do tend to be sensitive to strong tastes. I mixed it into a veggie smoothie, and it was fine for me. I prefer powders because I can adjust the dose if I want, and also because I take other supplements. It’s just easier for me to manage that way.”
