Since this supplement focuses on first collagen then on skin, nails, joints and eyes, in the following I will list complementary potential benefits of the other ingredients ie it will not be all of their potential benefits.Overall it is an interesting mix of ingredients, though I do prefer collagen supplements that cover all the major types. The other ingredients do appear to be complementary and it does seem a very good supplement.The collagen is only type 1 and is high strength at 7,500mg. Type 1 collagen may provide increased skin strength, skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles and lines. It may contribute to bone health (making them stringer and denser). It may improve joint health (improving flexibility and reduce joint issues). It may help wounds to heal and contribute to the strength of hair and nails. It arrived in a very premium glass jar and contains 200g which is more than enough for 3-4 weeks (depending on your scoop size). Really easy to take with no nasty aftertaste and you can really start to see the benefits within as little as a week!
