They are suitable for vegans and are gluten free. This pot contains 60 capsules. If you use the lower recommended serving size of 2 per day then they will last you around a month. If you take the maximum serving of 4 daily this will be quite expensive. With the pot only lasting 15 days.I have used this company before and I am always very pleased with their high-quality products and this one is no exception. I am taking these for overall health support, so I am taking 2 per day which makes them better value for money. It is difficult to tell if there is any improvement yet, but I do think that I am sleeping a little better. This is a great quality product.”
“There is very little regulation in the world of food supplements, so I am pleased to be able to try these Chaga capsules from Kiki health, which is a company that appears to be reputable and well established. I have had other products from them before and I have checked their organic certification. I don’t expect to notice any obvious effects from taking these capsules but I will update this review if I do. The capsules are standard size and easy to swallow. They come in an attractive and properly sealed glass jar and the use-by date is January 2027, two years ahead.”

“This Chaga supplement is supplied in a small jar of 60 capsules. The dosage is 2 - 4 capsules per day which means the jar will last 15 - 30 days. They are standardised at 50% polysaccharides and they are extracted from the fruiting bodies of naturally grown Chaga mushrooms. They contain no added artificial stuff so there is no doubt that they are a high quality supplement. At the lower dose of 2 capsules per day they are quite expensive, at the upper dose of 4 capsules per day they are prohibitively expensive for me but you are paying for the convenience of capsules and a high % of polysaccharides per dose so it depends if you think that this is worth the high price.”
