“It is good to be able to take sea kelp in capsule form. There is very little seaweed smell to them and they are easy to swallow. Taking one a day these will last just three months, so a bit pricey though it is a good quality kelp as they are organic and just seaweed apart from the outer shell.”
“I use kelp supplments for ... constipation...! and it seems to make a difference (if I don't take it!) But my current supplement is 435µg versus this 250µg, so may not have the desired effect... will see. I like that it is in an amber glass bottle, with a seal. My pot has a BB date of April 2027… that is a long date, once opened though, you really should use them up within the three months, because like anything edible, they will degrade with the pot being opened every day and air getting in... common sense really...I would like to know where this was farmed (it just says 'from the EU'), if you are going to label it organic and with soil association logo, then it would be good to have more information. There are so many sea kelp supplements to choose from, it does get a bit confusing, so the more information provided, the better it is for us to make a buying decision. Especially when you are paying £18 for 90 caps. We really do put a huge amount of trust in these people, popping supplements that could just be providing a placebo hit. I hope these have the desired effect, if not I will update this review, but the fact they have used amber glass gives me hope!”
“I’ve being taking Sea Kelp for many years now, but I was having problems replenishing my stock from my usual Brand, so as a bit of a Stop-Gap I decided to try these ones out manufactured by “KIKI”. I’ve never had Sea Kelp in Capsule form before, as all my previous ones have been Tablets - However, these Capsules are easy enough to swallow with a glass of water and leave no nasty aftertaste in your mouth. Price wise, you get 90 days worth (at 1 Capsule per/day) for £19.95, but if you “Subscribe & Save” you can get it a few pounds cheaper at £17.96. This isn’t too bad, but I still think it’s quite Expensive compared to the Sea Kelp I’ve purchased in the past, which is about half this price? Overall, it is a High Quality Organic Product, but there’s no getting away from the Comparative High Cost! Thank you.”
“I like that this is plant based and organically sourced. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around three months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your metabolic health amongst other things.”
