“These Beauty Capsules from Kiki Health contain ingredients I look for in a supplement aimed a hair and skin including plant-based ceramides. The bottle holds a 1 month supply (60 capsules)when taken at the recommended 2 capsules per day. The capsules are average sized and easy to swallow. I have not any negative effects from taking these capsules, any upset stomachs nor indigestion. I will be monitoring them carefully over the month and hope for good results.”
“This is a chunky glass bottle of sixty ‘beauty capsules’ - basically vitamins with the things you need to support healthy skin and hair - various ceramide ingredients, Vit E (a good amount) Biotin, Zinc (10mg) and Vit C (not a huge amount).Given the serving size is two, it’s a one month supply. They are pricey though, I’m not sure the price being that high is warranted.The ceramides, astaxanthin and Vit E are what mainly drew me to wanting to try them. If you already take a Zinc supplement separately, be aware that these have 10mg per serving - a decent amount - so reduce your other one perhaps, unless there is copper in the other one. The Vit C amount is negligible in my opinion, but it’s better than nothing.They were security sealed under the cap. There is no taste or aftertaste though and they go down easily being regular sized capsules.I already take care of my skin so am not expecting to see massively different results, but am glad to have the benefit of the extra nutrients I’m not already taking, and as I’ve had no negative effects, so far so good.”
“These are definitely high quality vitamins made of high quality stuff but a tad too dear for what you get. Basically you get your basic vitamins like C and E, then there’s Bamboo Extract, Astaxanthin, Grape Seed Extract and “a proprietary Body Biotics blend,” which I assume is where the magic and high cost of these lies.”
