“I am on a plant based lifestyle and keen on getting as much help as possible on supplements. I also have digestives issues, IBS and acid reflux. I was keen to see how this zinc supplement could help. While I prefer taking drops to tablets, having to count 30 drops each time can wear a little thin after awhile, especially if you have to do the same with 3 or 4 other liquid supplements. It is too early to tell how effective this may be. It is tasteless and so far, no side effects or anything negative has happened which is good. I am happy to consider buying again when this finishes but I would need to look at the pricing and benefits first. So far, so good”
“Zinc is a supplement I take daily so I was excited to try this liquid version given its claimed benefits of being more easily absorbed by the body. The serving is 30 drops and I just add it to my morning smoothie so there's no taste. It takes around 3 fills of the pipette to get the required dose.I've had no adverse effects whilst taking this.Initially I was led to believe this also contained Vitamin C which isn't actually the case. I've used Zinc + vitamin C supplements in the past to good effect so would like to see them combined if that is possible giving you better value for money.”
“I take two dropper fulls of this each morning in fresh juice and I can't taste it at all.So far so good, certainly easier than taking more big tablets.”
“good quality liquid zinc. Good as part of your healthy diet and lifestyle.full of amazing properties nevertheless.easily digestible. Comes at a high price tag a little but essential supplement to have as you age.”
“If you are looking for a Zinc supplement and pills aren't for you then look no further. However as this is only 24 days worth be prepared to shell out every single month! The taste is quite metallic but that's to be expected with Zinc. The bottle is glass and has plenty of information on the bottle, the dropper is easy to use. Cant fault it for anything but the actual amount you get for the price. I have bought KIKI Health products before and they have consistently been of good quality.”
“This is very easy to use. This is basically tasteless and the benefit is that I can use it in any drink without changing the taste. It's a very easy way to get your Zinc supplement. My only gripe is that one serving is 30 drops and although that may not seem like much I would always prefer an easier way of getting the right dose rather than having to count that high or a better pipette with a measure on it which do exist. Apart from that very good.”
“Add a couple of pipette drops of this to water each day and drink away. That's what the instructions say.The water tastes no different as a result, and it's hard to know if the zinc is really helping my health and well-being, but I've certainly felt no adverse effects.”
“I've had a few products from the ethical company Kiki Health and the quality of them never disappoint. This Zinc is no different. It comes in an ionic liquid form which is said to give better absorption through the stomach wall compared to tablets. The bottle contains 50ml of liquid and the dose is 30 drops or 2ml per day giving a 25 day supply. The original description claimed it had vitamin C too but it doesn't and this was clearly a mistake and the title has now been updated to reflect that.I've been taking this mixed in a glass of cold water and although some other reviewers claimed it had a strong metallic taste, I find it to be completely tasteless. All I can taste is the water. Dosing out the 30 drops is a bit of a faff and it takes me 3 droppers worth to get the correct dose. At the current price of £20.14 per bottle it is on the pricier side for zinc supplements but you are getting a zinc supplement with high absorption and no added artificial ingredients so I would happily buy this premium product again.”
