KIKI Health Ionic Iron Liquid Drops are an excellent way to support your daily mineral needs. With 5mg of highly concentrated iron per serving, it’s an easy and effective way to maintain optimal iron levels, especially for those with dietary deficiencies. The natural formula is gentle on the stomach, and the liquid format makes it simple to measure and take. A great addition to any health-conscious routine!

These iron drops are a good supplement and are especially useful to people who are concerned with absorption as they are ionic. The taste wasn't the best, but, disguised in a flavoursome drink means it's easy to take. Also, because its a dropper, you can adjust the dose to whatever you want.

If you've ever battled low iron and dreaded those stomach-churning pills, these drops might just be your knight in shining (liquid) armour. This little bottle is packed with 5mg of iron per serving, delivering 36% of your daily needs in 30 drops. It's fast-absorbing, gentle on digestion, and even eco-friendly with its recyclable glass bottle. But let’s talk about the taste—it’s like a rusty pipe decided to crash your breakfast. Mixing it with juice helps, but if you’re brave (or in a rush), water works too. The dropper is the only real gripe here—counting out 30 drops feels more like a patience test than a morning routine. Pro tip: just fill the pipette for roughly the right dose. At around £20 for a 50ml bottle, it’s not the cheapest option, but considering the long shelf life and quality, it’s decent value. Plus, no side effects like constipation or nausea make it a big win for sensitive stomachs. Pros: - Gentle on the stomach, unlike traditional iron tablets. Fast-absorbing, bioavailable formula. Eco-conscious packaging in recyclable glass.Cons: - Metallic taste isn’t for everyone. - Measuring 30 drops daily can be tedious. (Roughly 3 squirts of the dropper) - Quite expensive for just under 1 month's supply/ Overall, this is a good choice for boosting iron levels without the usual digestive drama. Just keep a steady hand for the drops, and maybe pair it with juice to keep your taste buds happy!

This is one of my preferred methods for supplementing iron due to its tasteless nature and ease of integration into my daily routine. While a single serving requires 30 drops, which can be somewhat time-consuming to measure, I don't find it overly inconvenient. If I were to highlight any drawbacks, the first would be the need for a more efficient way to measure a single serving without counting individual drops. The second would be the cost, as this product is relatively expensive compared to other iron supplements. However, the higher price may be justified by its ionic formulation, which is marketed as being highly bioavailable. What I particularly appreciate is the simplicity of use—it blends seamlessly into beverages and doesn't feel like I'm consuming a supplement, which is the primary reason I favor it.

I am loving this product and brand. I am putting the iron liquid into my morning juice and am already feeling the benefits. I love how easy it is to take and that it can be absorbed much faster than capsules. Well worth the price and the quality of the product is second to none.

I’m a BIG fan of KIKI health. I trust their products. Which is a big thing when it comes to health.I’ve been using the KIKI Health Ionic Iron Liquid Concentrate for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. It’s a fantastic way to get iron into your system, especially if you struggle with tablets or want something more easily absorbed. For myself, I have MCAS and ME and therefore have digestive issues and absorption issues. That’s why this is a good solution for me.The liquid form is so convenient—you just add it to water or juice, and it’s done! No aftertaste, no upset stomach, and it’s so much gentler than other iron supplements I’ve tried. I love that it’s bioavailable, so I feel confident that my body is actually absorbing the iron. Since starting this, I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy levels and focus. I’m not as fatigued during the day, and it’s great knowing that I’m supporting my overall health, especially red blood cell formation. If you’re looking for an easy, effective way to get your daily dose of iron, I’d highly recommend giving this a try. It’s a low risk try for anyone wanting a simple solution to iron supplementation.

Droppers are a convenient way of taking supplements, but the measuring counteracts that convenience.I'd rather take tablets that count out 30 drops every morning. Why can't there be a scale on the dropper?I ended up guessing an amount, life is too short to count 30 drops, especially if distracted and I forget where I was.

The recommended does is 2ml in a glass of 250ml water. Doing this by droplet seems a waste. I simply fill up the pipette and get the 2ml that way. I actually put this into my water bottle which is about 600ml and I can still taste the metallic taste. It's what you get with liquid iron so I'm not bothered by that. It means it's easy to digest. I don't have any side effects that iron usually causes.
