“I’ve been using the KIKI Health Electrolyte Concentrate, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my daily hydration routine. It’s an easy, effective way to support electrolyte balance and energy levels.I make my own electrolyte drinks, normally with Celtic sea salt, a dash of coconut water and filtered water and this is because I realise the importance of hydration rather than just simply drinking water. I have ME and therefore have energy issues and simply insuring I get my electrolytes, helps me manage my health and awful lot better. The liquid format is super convenient—just a few drops in water, and you’re good to go. There’s no strong taste, so it blends seamlessly into any drink without overpowering it. I’ve noticed that it helps me stay hydrated for longer, and I feel more energised throughout the day. What I really appreciate is how natural and clean this product feels. It doesn’t have any unnecessary additives, and it’s a great way to replenish essential minerals, especially if you’re active or need a recovery boost after exercise. If you’re looking for an easy and efficient way to maintain your electrolyte balance and boost your energy, I highly recommend this! It’s a simple but powerful product that delivers on its promises.”
“I am loving this product and brand. I am putting the electrolytes liquid into my morning juice and am already feeling the benefits. I love how easy it is to take and that it can be absorbed much faster than capsules. Well worth the price and the quality of the product is second to none.”
“The taste is very intense and I needed a lot of water to get it down but as far as the supplement goes itsseesms to work well and provide a good electrolyte balance.”
“I've been eating Keto on and off for a number of years now, finding the diet to be good for my health and well-being. One of the downsides is often a lack of electrolytes so I end up feeling a bit achey and sore after the gym.I've been adding this electrolyte dropper to my water bottle at the gym and it helps me stay hydrated. I don't know anything of the science but with this concentrate I feel brighter, more alert and my muscles feel less achey after the same exercises I usually do.Very happy with this item.”
“I'm trying to make an effort to drink more water and replenish electrolytes, on the whole I have been drinking over a litre of coconut water every day, which whilst no chore, does cost, and there is a calorie implication. So enter these drops, a one off cost equivalent probably to a weeks worth of coconut water, and I think probably zero or certainly low calorie. Hard to say for sure the effect but gives me peace of mind that I am ingesting the essentials. Plus I can add to any drink so doesn't get boring!!”
“I’ll admit, this Ionic Electrolytes Liquid Concentrate feels a bit on the pricey side, and that’s saying something because I usually don’t focus much on cost. But, when it comes to quality, I’ve got no complaints. It’s free from any unnecessary additives, which is a big plus for me when I’m choosing supplements. The taste is nearly neutral with just a faint hint of saltiness. The more water you mix it with, the less noticeable that taste becomes. I typically use these electrolytes during my regular jogging sessions, and it does the job just as well as other similar products I’ve tried.”
“I’ve never really thought about getting electrolytes (certain vital minerals) from a concentrate before as the usual route is by tablets and capsules, which are okay but may contain additives, and may not be as quickly absorbable and as bioavailable as they are here. Apparently, the concentrate bypasses the need for digestion and goes directly into the cells, making the minerals more or less instantly available, which may have advantages under certain conditions. The label advises mixing thirty drops into water or juice per day (of which there’s twenty-five servings), but presumably other liquids would be suitable too. However, I keep to water as recommended to ensure maximum absorption. Looking at the percentages for the intake for an average adult on the bottle I see that the following amounts are present if the full thirty drops are taken: magnesium 7%, potassium 3%, chloride 23%, calcium 1%, chromium 95% and sodium unstated. Why there are such big differences, I don’t know, but presumably there’s a reason for it. It does though seem a little expensive to get only 1% of calcium and 3% of potassium (and makes it less wise to take fewer drops to make the bottle last longer). On the other hand I probably wouldn't be taking electrolytes every day so the bottle may still last. Anyway, the drops are easy to count out with the dropper, and the supplement is the typical high quality, high standard and pure product expected of the brand, as well as it’s use of darkened glass bottles to preserve it’s nutritional content. On the whole, I can probably recommend this product.”
