You get 1.4 mg of spermidine in each capsule. Now that I realise that, I think I would rather just buy ordinary wheat germ to mix with my muesli.It comes in standard sized capsules which are easy to swallow. I opened one up and tasted it out of interest and it tastes something like cooked flour, a fairly bland powder with a slight wheaty taste. It comes in a properly sealed glass jar with a best before date of May 2027, over two years ahead. At the recommended dose of one per day, it should last for two months.”
