They’re designed to improve bioavailability, which basically means your body can absorb and use the resveratrol quickly and effectively. I found them to be easy to swallow with just a gulp of water. They also come in a glass jar with a metal lid, which is ideal for me because I'm trying to reduce my plastic use as much as I possibly can. When I'm done with the bottle, I can just reuse it for something else or I can fully recycle it. Just one fly in the ointment though: I would prefer that the bottle matched the contents better to avoid waste.”
