Hello Jo, I'm saddened to see that you have had little success enjoying your Swedish Torch Log. The lighting of the product is really easy, and provided you have the firelighter that came with the order, you're well on your way to enjoying a great fire. Simply place the firelighter in the middle of the torch log (try to push it in a little) and simply, ignite it. Apologies for your order arriving late. We have tried our best to communicate with everyone who has purchased a Swedish Torch Log. We are continuing to experience delays with production. Thanks, Taylor.

“High drama, high heat, and it looked bl**dy awesome - and all for less than a tenner. I cooked burgers on top of it, but it would be just as good for a marshmallow-toasting campfire: I've got two more on the way!”
