“I ordered this product (along with another product) only received the other product despite being told my full order had shipped. Took two emails to Kin on my part to get a response about the missing item only to be told it was out of stock. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and needing to follow up several times when an email should have just been sent when the order was placed saying it wasn’t in stock - or better yet update your website appropriately to avoid ordering out of stock things all together.”
