“I ordered 2x pairs of these shorts during the Black Friday sales. As of 29th December there is still no sign of them. I reported them missing in the mail 2 weeks ago and although they have allegedly sent another order express postage, they have failed to give me a new tracking number and there is no sign of these shorts. I will be referring them to my payment processing company for a refund and for them to sort out because I am tired of their incompetence.”
