“The pans are good and solid but the lid handle gets extremely hot and cannot be lifted off without oven gloves. Hence the 3 stars rather than 5.”

“Lovely set of pans, not given it 5 * due to the lids, the handles of which get very hot. Also the lids are difficult to hold in place when draining and will not stay in place unless fitted flat, so unable to allow steam to escape.”
