“When this arrived it was broken (a part snapped off ) Since then I have been trying to communicate with Prestige in order to have my money refunded very very slow response and still no outcome
, very disappointed. If this part is so vulnerable to being snapped off in transit I have no confidence it would survive in the saucepan drawer!”
