Love that these lanterns charge and last as described, and cast a lovely light. Also love that Kitncaboodle's initial product purchase from SoLight Design will have contributed to their social enterprise endeavours.

I love this product. It's been raining steadily in my part of the world for days and days so when I popped these up on the window edge I thought charging them would take yonks. A few hours later I thought I'll check them out and they were all charged up. The concept is sublime - fold up solar lights that can be carried as flat packs. I do a lot of travelling & these are brilliant for camping out in the Pitjantjatjara homelands or trekking to Everest Base camp. They're light, smallish and even though I haven't tested the length of the charge they'd be great for setting up camp in the dark. They are also going to be so cool for sitting around enjoying a late night dinner with friends outside near my wood-fired pizza oven. OK I sound like a yuppie w*nker but if you live in an off-grid mudhouse house in the wilds of the Fleurieu forest any solar lighting aid is essential. Well done KitnCaboodle, I'm saving up for some more!
