“I’m a size 10 so I ordered the small which was unfortunately too big. I sent it back asking for a replacement size extra small; however, I was refunded instead. It’s odd as the size XS is in stock?! Emailed to ask about this but no response 5 days later. Shame as the dress itself is nice!”
