“Dress was too big. Sleeves were too long. And yet the belt was too small. The belt itself was long, however the buttons holes were not good. Either too few holes or in wrong position in belt. Would have needed the waist measurement if a child in order to secure the belt. So had to return this dress, despite the fabric and pattern and style being to my taste”
