“The dress is beautiful but far too long and so I returned it. Royal Mail tracking shows that it has been delivered, but 10 days after delivery I still have not had confirmation of this or a refund, despite two emails requesting this. Good customer service is as important as the quality of the product. This is sadly none existent.”
