“Unfortunately I wasn’t able to receive this item as due to Brexit insanity I was asked for an extra €64 to cover vat and import charges which is just insane. The dress is sitting in customs somewhere while I wait for my refund. This is such a shame as aI love Kitri and I understand it’s not possible for dmall business to relocate to Europe to avoid insane extra charges but Irish people are sick of this nonsense and we just are not gonna pay extra charges and duties. It’s not fair.”
