“I bought this with a bag of the fine grain silica, and although it trapped a lot, my long haired kitty still managed to drag litter all over. I think it will work better with the large silica, which I have ordered next. Overall it's a good mat and traps a significant amount of litter.”
“I like the design of this mat, but it was much larger than I wanted/need. It does not fit in the litter enclosure that I have. I’m keeping it, just in case I do need it for future use, because I can see how the design can be beneficial.”
“We have 4 of the litter boxes side by side to serve 6 cats. Purchased two of the mats - they cover most of the space in front of the 4 boxes. They are soft, cushy and do great at catching any stray litter the cats track out. All of the litter goes into the divets mostly, so we do not end up stepping on much litter if we step on the mat. Easy to pick up the mat, shake it over the litter box and get all of the litter back where it belongs. Additionally, they are cushy enough the cats like them and sometimes lounge on the mat.”
“It is a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. It catches all the litter and you can dispose of it or put it back in the box. It is really easy to pour the spilled litter from the mat to the garage or box.”
“I was really excited to try this mat, but I have been very disappointed. I had just a basic mat before, and it didn’t do too bad. This one seems to allow my cats to track more litter than before around the house. Plus, it’s extremely awkward to try to empty. I wish I had stuck with the one I already had and not wasted my money on this one.”
