“There’s been a change to the clay litter and it’s not a good change. The odor control is poor now and the litter does not absorb the urine as well. It doesn’t clump as well and often the clumps are very wet and stuck to the bottom of the litter box. I’m not happy with this product any longer and am looking to switch to another brand.”
“My cat prefers the crystals over clay. He is 18.5yr and his volume of urine causes the clay to clump in his toes. It is hard to even dislodge during a bath.”
“We rescued our kitty when she was four without much background on her life prior (she was picked up as a stray). We went through countless litter trials trying to find one that she would use. After extensive research, we landed on a name brand and expensive litter made for kittens but my GOODNESS it was so so dusty. I thought we were stuck with it given how particular my kitty is about litter (to note, she is partially declawed which we think causes the sensitivity). It's honestly why I was drawn to a disposable litterbox, for my own health as cleaning the boxes would cause some breathing issues for me. This litter is cheaper than the one I was using and I was drawn to the claim of no dust. Well, kitty likes it and has used it continuously used it since I've put it out (she has 2 boxes, one with her old stuff and one with her new, to see if there was a strong preference). I have more on the way and that's when she'll make the official switch of this brand. It does everything it claims, it's a fine texture, there's no dust and it clumps better than my old litter. Very happy.”
