This last delivery the Box was not damaged on the outside at all but yet it look like the bag and I sent a picture to your customer service had been cut open so that happened before it was packed up and sent”
“It clumps better. There is no smell - from waste and also no perfumey smell like with store brand litter. My only complaint is I have to order an extra bag each month because the bags are too small even for one cat. Would definitely recommend though - no more disposing of litter into trash bags and the trash bags ripping. So overall a good buy.”
