“I'm not a fan of cat litter. Don't like the smell and don't like the cleanup (but it's better than having to pick up dog poop outside which I have to do for my dogs :( BUT, I will say that this has made cat poop cleanup much better. When the cats pee, there isn't any smell. For a small while, I had to have one litter box in the foyer of my house and I was afraid that people would smell the cat pee/poop upon entering. People didn't even realize the cat box was there or that the cats had just peed! The price might be more than the $11 you can spend at a PetCo for a 30 lb bin but the elimination of the smell and the elimination of the countless bags to throw the clumped pee and stinky poop is definitely worth it. I get three bags of the fine grain silica (it's the white one) and I will continue to buy these because even though it's pricier, I like that my house doesn't have that musty cat smell that other peoples' houses have.”
“Easy to scoop solids and stir daily. Once you do that daily the litter carries no odor. The best part is that I get a new supply every month so I don’t lug it home from the store. Never have to think about it - just scoop, stir, and move on. I love that my house no longer smells like a dirty cat box! Will never use traditional litter again.”
“We have 1 cat and get a replacement box every 3 weeks. The odor control is great to that point. When we went longer than 3 weeks, the odor was noticeable in the room. We struggle with litter tracking out of the box even though we have litter mats. Our cat likes to leap and run from the box as soon as she is done. Even with the tracking, it is still the best option we have found for clean up and odor.”
