“My cat will only use this fine grain silica. When I tried to switch to a wheat clumping litter, he was peeing blood within a month. Thankfully we caught it in time, took him to the vet and were able to switch back to this litter right away. My only issue with Kitty poo Club is that they use FedEx Ground for delivery and sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks. The resolution is to order an extra bag to always have a spare handy in case the next one takes too long to arrive.”
“I really want to like this litter….and it’s great in a lot of ways. You can’t smell the “deposits” at all, and while it does track some on paws, it’s no worse or better than any other litter. The dust, though, is completely unbearable…I’ve only been using it three weeks and there’s a visible coating on everything in the room, a white, grainy dust. I don’t even want to think about the effect on my or the cats lungs. I try not to raise a lot of dust when scooping, but my cats dig around in the box a lot when they’re in there and the whole room smells like silica dust for a good while after. I’m trying out a different product.”
