“This makes having a cat a totally wonderful experience. Went my cat passed away I didn’t want to get another cat due to the “box”. KP solves all the smell, and heavy boxes to carry. My cat is also a big fan.”
“I absolutely love this litter. Is is the best I have ever used (and I've tried a lot of different kinds) at keeping the smell down. As long as you clean your litter box on a regular basis there is no smell at all.”
“I'm a caretaker at a shelter for a ferel colony of cats - there are 14 in the colony plus I have my own 2 cats , one of which smells worse then all 14 ferrels combined !!! I was spending so much $$ on household sanitizer sprays and plug in scents it was crazy, I was shaking baking soda into the litter every day when I cleaned it ..and it still wasn't enough ... I use Kitty Poo fine grain - for everyone.... I'm saving about $250 a month in litter and added fresheners and wall scents ... The urine evaporates so I'm not constantly bagging clumps and clumps of litter ... The shelter smells fantastic now ...my home smells fantastic and as important as my not having to worry about my neighbors complaining anymore and possibly getting evicted I have soooo much of my time back. I'm not constantly trying to battle to smells - my windows aren't open during the winter and I can put the window exhaust fan I bought away ... So even my electric bill went down. For my own home with 2 cats I have 1 litter box and every 15-20 days I put in a new bag - takes 3-4 minutes to do For the colony I use 4 litter boxes for them all now, clean them out 1ce a day and change the litter every 15-20 days as well ... ** I will say that despite what the company professes the litter DOES kick up a lot of dust ... So I suggest getting a cat enclosed box or piece of furniture *** Also I used the fine - grain litter instead of the silica because the silica grains are large enough to get caught in between my sinior cats paws and hurt her and they get on the floor / rug and get spit backwards when I try to vacuum them up -”
“Finally a litter that my cats love and are using the box again. I have four cats and they are very picky. I was previously using one of the popular scoop-able litters. It worked great for a number of years then something changed and one of my cats started going outside of the box if it wasn't scooped to his liking. I would scoop twice a day and in-between when home. Then I switched to Kitty Poo Club and went to large crystals at first. That worked but there was a lot of tracking and little round balls all over the house. Then they came out with the fine grain silica and now everyone is happy, and using the box again. There is no urine odor like with the regular litters, the feces smell is even gone if there is some in the box when I get home as it has been buried and all dried out from the silica. The only odor I ever smell is at the end of life and that is really how I decide that it is time to change the box. I have never had it stop absorbing the urine. The one con that I have is that it is NOT dust free. But truthfully I don't know how any litter could be. But the battle with the dust is the biggest draw back. But the PRO's far outweigh the one con. I will never switch as long as the cats continue to go IN the box.”
“I was always a loyal user of clay litter, but never really loved it for all the obvious reasons. It scatters everywhere and smells, even when cleaned often. When we decided to bring a kitten into our family again, I thought there just had to be something better. I came across Kitty Poo Club and decided to give it a shot. While no litter will ever be “perfect”, this is as close as you can get in my opinion. The odor control is amazing and tracks way less than clay litter. You will still get some run away pieces, but it is much more manageable. I’ll never go back to our old litter!”
