“We absolutely love the concept. We love the boxes and the design. We use the box with the attached dome. It's really well-designed and easy to put together. Also, the customer service has been great. We have two cats, and ordered the recommended products. We really, really wanted this to work for us and be cost-effective. The recommendation was 2 boxes per month. The issues we had are: --The amount of litter that comes with the box is not enough to last 2 weeks for 2 cats. It's really minimal, and ordering extra bags of litter gets expensive. We use the clay clumping litter, so you lose some every time you scoop. --The bottom of the box was getting saturated with urine. We put the lid on the bottom for extra protection, but have to remove it to close up the box for disposal, and that's not pleasant. --The litter smelled after a few days, which was not something we experienced with our previous brand. The ease of packing it up and throwing it away is amazing- couldn't ask for a better experience there. However, for us anyway, with 2 cats, we would need to order 4 boxes per month so we can change weekly, and still have to supplement with additional litter. It unfortunately isn't affordable for us - the 4 boxes with domes (which we need for our male cat who pees really high!) - runs about $104/month plus the additional litter, even if we purchase a less expensive product from the store, would put us around $125 a month. Still highly recommend, just is a little out of reach for us. We hope to try it again someday!”
