“The customer service is great. I did receive my ladt order with only the litter in a repackaged box as it had been damaged by the delivery company. They resent a new box only at my request and also sent me the blue wilderness treats as a freebie. My cat is crazy about these treats! My cat will only eat dry food and when I got these I didn't think she'd go near them. Boy was I wrong! I will be honest and say I'm not happy about the price increases, I started out at $22.99 seven months ago and after 2 price increases it's now $25.99. I get it though. Their costs have gone up just like everything else...”
