“I asked for my delivery to be downstairs. Today it was delivered upstairs. Please update the delivery team. I am 65. Hard for me to bring it downstairs”

We can confirm that the verbiage "Pls Dlvr Downstairs" was added to your address, however, we cannot control the drivers of course. We would suggest signing up with FedEx Delivery Manager. “This stuff is really good! My house would smell like cat urine in the sand box and I tried as many different cat litters and NONE helped with the odor!!! Then I heard about this and I was desperate to try anything because I wanted my baby to stay indoors!!! Of course I was leery!!! BEST EVER!!! I don’t have to worry anymore!!! “Somehow my order got switched from soy ( which I’ve used for my 9 cats for probably 10 yrs ) to this and it’s the worst!! My cats not only hate it and are going all over my house , but the ones who are using it are vomiting all over the place from ingesting it when they clean their paws ! Hate hate hate canceled my account which cost me 500 plus a month.”

After reviewing the account, we can see that Soy Litter remained active on the subscription and that Fresh Scent Clay Litter was added as an additional product through the customer portal. We understand that cats can have strong preferences when it comes to litter texture and scent, especially in multi-cat households.

“I’m having a problem with the plastic ribbing. Previously it was easier to use and harder for the cat to get off. By previously I mean a year ago. Any way to get the old ones back. The clay litter is too heavy for me. Don’t get me wrong.though I love kitty poo and promote it vigorously”

“The litter tracks a lot, and I'm not sure if it's because I have a Sphynx cat, but there's litter everywhere all the time when he goes to the bathroom; it does not mask the smell at all.I like that it clumps, but other than that, I would say that it's not the best litter out there.”
